Delete your account

You're always in control of your MileSync account and data. You can request deletion at any time, either directly from within the app or using the form below.

Delete from the app

Open MileSync, go to Settings → Account, and select Delete Account. Confirm the request when prompted — this is the fastest way to delete your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your trip history, mileage reports, and account information from our systems. Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to access the app, submit a request below or email us directly at hello@milesync.app and we'll process your deletion request within 30 days.
